Real-time sorting

Innovative optical sorting unit designed for tomato and potato harvesters. Using advanced technology, Opticrop identifies and separates high quality products from damaged or second quality directly in the field. Different sizes are available: 40″ – 48″ – 74″ – 96″ channels.

Accurate sorting of tomatoes

Using optical sensors and machine vision, it analyzes tomatoes in real time in the field, separating ripe ones from unripe, damaged, or diseased fruit. It also removes foreign objects like soil, plastic, and metal, ensuring fast, accurate sorting. This system reduces manual labor and enhances harvest quality, improving efficiency and productivity both in the field and during post-harvest sorting.

Connected in cloud for data exchange

The machine is connected in the cloud and this allows information to be collected, mapped and transferred to the machine such as: harvest quantity, yield mapping and % of waste and the traceability of the tomato or potato from the field to the customer. It is also possible to send and receive information remotely such as adjusting sorting parameters or receiving real-time assistance.
