The robust heavy-duty Mobile load cell is made of treated alloy steel, designed for on-board weighing applications. A special heat treatment ensures long-term stability, while the high-strength coating, tested for 480 hours of salt spray exposure, ensures superior durability. An aluminium protection protects the strain gauge from shocks and moisture. Temperature compensation is available as an option, which further improves reliability under different conditions.

Flat

The Flat load cell is designed for on-board weighing applications, typically installed in the underbody between the tank and chassis or on single-point suspension.

This Flat load cell offers easy installation as a retrofit for aftermarket applications. It comes with the option of a high-resistant coating (tested for 480 hours of salt spray exposure) or a nickel-plated coating for enhanced durability. Temperature compensation is available, and custom mechanical designs can be provided upon request to meet specific requirements.

Strain Sensors measure the deformation and stress of structures. They are used to weigh and control overloads.
